Computer Support Technology
This program is designed for individuals who wish to acquire and/or upgrade skills in supporting computer hardware, operating systems, networking technologies, and desktop applications. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to test for industry standard certification exams for A+, Network+, and MCDST.


Digital Technology Integration
The program will address the core competencies required to install, integrate, and troubleshoot interconnected home subsystems, including entertainment, telecommunications, lighting, HVAC, water management, security, and access control systems. The program explores the design approach, working principles, processes, and standards that apply to the Home Technology industry.


Help Desk
The Help Desk Express program provides students with the skills necessary to manage and maintain computer systems and to be proficient in the use of applications. Students will learn how to install, configure, and upgrade computer systems; how to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software, perform preventive maintenance, and basic networking.


Smart Home Technology
This program is designed to fulfill the growing requirement for trained professionals in the area of Home Technology Solutions. Studies include understanding methods that are common across HTI industry products and solutions include structured wiring and centralized control/distributed access architectures for home computing, home theater, lighting, security, and HVAC and water.


Systems Administration
This program is ideal for individuals who wish to acquire skills in Systems Administration. Students will learn about management and support of client and server side operating systems, server management, network management, and workstation management. Students will also learn about system security issues. Upon completion of this program, students will be eligible to pursue applicable industry certifications.


Systems Design
In this program, students will learn about planning networking systems, system security, planning directory structures, installation and configuration of operating systems on servers and workstations, and support of the entire structure. Upon completion of this program, students may choose to take applicable industry certifications.
