Business Communications
This course gives students an overview of verbal and written communications in both the business and non-business environments. Students will learn about typical barriers to effective communication and guidelines for overcoming them. The course covers areas such as, Business Etiquette, Advanced Interpersonal Communications, Grammar, Telephone Skills, E-mail Etiquette, Business Writing, and Effective Presentations.


Corporate Leadership
This program addresses the key components of effective leadership. It provides students with a variety of skill building activities to enable them to acquire leadership effectiveness. The program covers areas such as the delegation process in achieving organizational success. Students also identify ways to develop collaborative goals. The program provides students an overview of organizational leadership and its role in guiding toward vision fulfillment. 


Corporate Team Building
In this course, students will learn the concepts behind effective team membership and effective team leadership. Through the course, students will adjust their leadership abilities to meet the needs of a diverse collection of individuals. Students will also learn how to identify, clarify and address team conflict and apply methods for conflict resolution. Students will also learn the opportunities and challenges associated with participating in virtual teams. 


Financial Management and Accounting
In this program, students are taught basic accounting concepts and terms. They learn how to understand universal accounting tools, such as the general journal, general ledger, and trial balance, to ensure an organization follows sound accounting practices. The program details the purpose and use of each of four financial statements: the income statement, the balance sheet, the cash flow statement, and the statement of stockholders' equity, and practice preparing and interpreting each of these tools. 


Human Resources Management
This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge of the key components of a human resources department and the associated key skills required in that capacity. The program content includes HR fundamentals, recruitment, development, employee relations, employment laws, and health and safety in the workplace. Students participate in simulation exercises to validate knowledge and skills.


PC Advantage
This Program provides students with the skills necessary to effectively and efficiently function in today's workplace using Microsoft Office XP programs. Upon completion of this program, students can take the corresponding MOS exams to certify their skills. 


Project Management
This program provides students with the knowledge and skills to manage projects effectively. Students will learn how to identify and work with various stakeholders and understand project phases and life cycles. They will learn how to initial, plan, execute, monitor and close a project. The program covers how to manage the scope of a project and create a work breakdown structure; how to assign resources to projects; how to complete projects on time and within budget, and risk management considerations. The program also includes the quality control process to ensure a high quality deliverable. 


Ultimate Sales Skills
The Ultimate Sales Skills program is designed to enhance sales abilities and expertise. The program focuses on fundamental sales and management skills, including sales strategies, professional selling over the phone, working with staff to correct performance problems, coaching, and overall sales management. Learn skills to directly increase and optimize the opportunity to reach your sales mission. Improve your ability to motivate your team, improve performance, forecast sales revenue, conduct sales meetings, build team unity, and ensure effective performance.
